Qinjian Yuan is a Professor of Management Information Systems in the School of Information Management, Nanjing University, Nanjing, Nanjing University, P. R. China. He received his PhD in Management Science from Nanjing University in 2000. He was Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the School of Economics, Xiamen University, Xiamen, P. R. China from August, 2000 to August, 2003. He was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the School of Economics, Xiamen University, Xiamen, P. R. China. From September, 2004 to August, 2005, he was a Research Fellow in the Korea Foundation for Advanced Studies and a Visiting Professor in the College Business Administration, Chung-Ang University, Seoul, Korea. His main research interests are in electronic commerce, Internet marketing and information economics. He is author of 20 books, including A Study on the Development Strategies of Information Industry in China on the Basis of Industrial Organization Theory and 300 journal articles.
