Personal profile CAREER BRIEF Dr. LI is a professor and policy analyst in the fields of library and information science, modern Chinese history, and think tanks management and has extensive experience in teaching, delivering presentations and organizing academic events. He has published a book and a series of papers on Sino-American library profession and book exchange in Journal of Library Science in China. He has over 26 years’ experience teaching and researching in colleges, including 10 years at Nanjing University and 1 year at UW-Madison. After teaching at Huaiyin Institute of Technology and Nanjing Xiaozhuang University, he joined the Nanjing University in 2007. From 2013 to 2014, he was a fellow of School of Library and Information Science at UW-Madison. He founded the CTTRECin 2015. Dr. Li has been granted 11 funds in several areas of Chinese history, library science and think tank studies.
